Shipping and Delivery Policy

EMOH ships to various national and international destinations through specialised logistics partners.

Shipping costs, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are automatically displayed during the checkout process after the delivery address has been entered.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method:

  • Mainland Portugal: Express Service (24 business hours);
  • Portugal (Azores and Madeira):
    • Express Service: between 2 and 5 business days;
    • Standard Service: between 2 and 9 business days;
  • Mainland Spain: Express Service (48 business hours);
  • Balearic Islands:
    • Express Service: between 3 and 5 business days;
    • Standard Service: between 6 and 10 business days;
  • Europe and other international destinations: Express Service within 1 to 3 business days (unless otherwise indicated for specific destinations).

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond EMOH’s control, including logistical delays, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, periods of high order volume or other exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.

The exact shipping cost will always be displayed to the customer during checkout, before the order is confirmed.

Free Shipping

EMOH offers free shipping for selected destinations and minimum order values:

  • Mainland Portugal: orders of €100 or more;
  • Portugal (Azores and Madeira): orders of €200 or more;
  • Mainland Spain: orders of €100 or more;
  • Balearic Islands: orders of €250 or more.

Free shipping applies to the delivery methods available for each destination and will be automatically applied during checkout whenever the applicable requirements are met.

International Destinations

EMOH also ships to a wide range of European and international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Serbia, Iceland and other countries covered by our logistics network.

Shipping costs for these countries are calculated automatically during checkout, according to the destination, order weight and available shipping method.

Local Pickup

Customers may choose to collect their order free of charge from EMOH’s premises, located at:

After the order has been confirmed, the customer will be contacted with the necessary information to collect the order.

International Orders

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

All costs related to customs clearance, taxes, import duties or any other local legal charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Where required by the authorities of the destination country, the customer may be required to provide their tax identification number (TIN/VAT or equivalent) or any other information necessary for customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Where applicable, the customer will receive information about the status of their order and its tracking through the channels provided by the carrier responsible for the delivery.
