We recommend that you carefully read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the website, as by using it you agree to the conditions set out herein. We may modify the website and our policies at any time. By placing an order or using the website, you acknowledge and accept the information and policies in force at that time.

To purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit or debit card. All orders are subject to stock availability. If, for any reason, EMOH is unable to supply the products ordered, you will be duly informed and reimbursed for any payment you may have made.

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been confirmed. EMOH may extend the above-mentioned timeframe in the event of exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, as indicated during the purchase process, where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Once your order has been accepted, we will notify you by email.

All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the date of invoicing. We strive to ensure that the descriptions and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date; however, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error occurs in relation to your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the following options: reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund (for more information about Returns and Refunds, please refer to the relevant information available).

EMOH cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the carrier or by events of force majeure beyond our reasonable control. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss of the product passes to the customer. If you have received your order confirmation email but your products have not arrived within the expected timeframe, we will do our best to assist you. Please note that during exceptionally busy holiday periods, you may have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive.

You may choose from the following payment methods: MB WAY, Multibanco Reference, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. We reiterate that the order will only be processed after full payment has been approved by the bank (products and shipping costs, where applicable). We cannot be held responsible for changes in exchange or conversion rates that may be applied to your country’s currency. When placing orders for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to customs duties and other import taxes, which are charged once the order arrives at its destination. These customs clearance charges and additional costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s customs policies.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. As a general rule, express deliveries are made within 1 to 3 business days, while standard deliveries take 4 to 5 business days.

If you wish to purchase from our store and your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and let us know where you would like the items to be shipped. We will contact you as soon as possible with a shipping solution.

We strive to ensure that the digital image reflects the product as accurately as possible, as well as the accompanying description. However, we acknowledge that colours may vary from monitor to monitor, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will exactly match the product’s colour.
