Right of Withdrawal

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify EMOH of their decision by email at info@emohtextiles.com, stating the order number and the items they wish to return.

After notifying the withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must return the items to EMOH within a maximum period of 14 days.

The returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of use, washing, alteration or damage, and must retain all original labels and components.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, EMOH will refund the amounts paid by the consumer using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

EMOH Commercial Policy

Without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal described above, EMOH offers its customers an extended commercial returns policy, allowing returns and exchanges up to 30 days after receipt of the order, in accordance with the conditions set out in the relevant Refund and Returns Policy.

This commercial policy constitutes an additional benefit offered by EMOH and does not limit or replace the rights legally granted to consumers.
