Refund and Returns Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Returns Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Returns at EMOH are generally free of charge and may be made within 30 days from the date the order is received.<\/p>\n

EMOH reserves the right, however, to charge the costs associated with a return or exchange whenever there is abusive or disproportionate use of this service, namely in cases of multiple collection requests for the same order, successive changes to return or exchange requests, or any other circumstances that generate avoidable additional logistics costs.<\/p>\n

Whenever this applies, the customer will be informed in advance of the applicable costs before the collection or return is processed.<\/p>\n

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (unused, unwashed, with all internal and external tags attached, unaltered, accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase, and with all parts of the original set). The proof of purchase is essential for orders made with a gift receipt so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. <\/p>\n

Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT<\/strong>: If you wish to return items from multiple orders, you must request a separate collection for each order and according to the number of parcels you wish to return. EMOH is not responsible for the return of items purchased under different orders and\/or returned using the collection request for a different order. <\/p>\n

How do I request a return or exchange? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you wish to make a return or exchange, <\/strong>please contact us<\/a>. Provide your email address, name and phone number. In your message, please include: <\/p>\n

\u2013 Whether you wish to make a return or an exchange;<\/p>\n

\u2013 The order number for which you wish to request a return or exchange;<\/p>\n

\u2013 If the order contains more than one item, which item(s) you wish to return or exchange;<\/p>\n

\u2013 The reason for the return or exchange;<\/p>\n

We will contact you as soon as possible to process your request. <\/p>\n

Home Collection Return<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Once all the details have been verified, we will arrange a courier service to collect your parcel. At the time of collection, our courier will label your parcel with a shipping label that allows us to track your return. <\/p>\n

Exchanges<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You may exchange a purchased item within 30 days from the date of receipt and in the same market where the purchase was made. An exchange is only possible for the same item (the same reference number), in a different colour and\/or size, provided that it is in perfect condition, its price has not changed, and the item is available in stock. <\/p>\n

Damaged or Defective Product<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If, in rare circumstances, you receive a damaged or defective item, you should contact EMOH immediately by email (info@emohtextiles.com<\/a>) and, if possible, attach photos showing the issue.<\/p>\n

Refund Period<\/strong><\/h4>\n

EMOH reserves the right to refuse returns made outside the applicable period, if the items are not in the same condition in which they were sent and\/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. The refund will cover the value of the returned item(s). It does not include the shipping or transport costs associated with the purchase. We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods and confirmed their condition. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of the condition of the returned order. <\/p>\n

Incorrect Refund<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact Customer Support<\/a> and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
